SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION:

At this time we are ONLY setup to SHIP within the UNITED STATES. The Normal Shipping time is displayed on each item since it varies by piece. We ask that you review each items description completely.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

1.) Credit Cards - Through Paypal we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

2.) Paypal – We accept Paypal, including credit card and e-check through Paypal.

( IMPORTANT NOTICE ): For security purposes we will only ship to the billing name & address that the credit card is registered in, and we only ship to a Verified Confirmed Paypal address. Currently we are only setup to ship within the United States.

FREE SHIPPING METHOD & RATES:

All shipping is free and paid for by DiamondsandGifts.com, the shipping method is based on the dollar amount of your order. The breakdown is as follows:

(ORDERS) up to $1,000.00 are shipped Free by USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

(ORDERS) over $1,000.00 are shipped Free by USPS Express Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

(ORDERS) that are delayed over 7 days past their specified time frame are shipped Free by USPS Express Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation regardless of the dollar amount

If you have a Special Request, please let us know and we will do the best we can to accomodate your request.

We will make every attempt to ship your order as specified. However, if there is a delay in shipping, we will contact by email to let you know of the delay, and provide you with the extended shipping date. This will give you the opportunity to wait for your item to ship, or to cancel your order if you choose.

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 15 day, full refund return policy as long as the item has not been used, worn, damaged, or altered. Each item is inspected prior to issuing your refund. The full refund includes your full payment for the item/items. However, the full refund does not include the shipping costs back to DiamondsandGifts.com. Refunds/Replacements are completed within 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) after we receive, inspect, and process your item/items through our return department. All credit card refunds may not show on your statement until the next billing period, even though the refund has been submitted.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO:

1.) Return the item/items in their original container, including the packaging if possible.

2.) Include your Name, Address, Contact Information, and Order Information so we can credit your account accurately.

3.) Package the item/items carefully and insure the shipment. Since DiamondsandGifts.com is not responsible for any item returned until we actually are in receipt of your return, we recommend that you insure the package for security purposes.

NOTE: Items that are special ordered, worn, used, or altered are NON-Returnable. Merchandise returned after 15 days may be subject to a 25% handling fee at our discretion.
